Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
Wow, what a year! Nelson Mandela said it best, “It always seems impossible until it’s done.” We survived the Hurricane in the fall, Pandemic in the spring and Online Learning 4th quarter! Thank you for a great ride this year!
Important Schoology Update for Summer: Students will continue to have access to our Schoology resources throughout the summer.
- To locate the folder: Under the “resources” tab,” it will take them to a folder titled, “Enrichment with Mrs. Seaman.” This is where all of the enrichment opportunities are located. The difference students will find is that they will not be able to post directly on the page throughout the summer.
Enrichment Folder Additions: I have added some additional resources to our enrichment folder on Schoology.
- Gratitude Scavenger Hunt
- Tips for organizational success
- Cup Stacking
- Cup stacking has “many benefits for cognitive development and targets specific areas of the body and the brain to increase intelligence, problem solving skills and critical thinking.” Have you ever completed a cup stacking challenge? Check out our enrichment folder found under resources for some amazing challenges and videos on cup stacking! Enjoy!
- Siblings: You’re Stuck with Each Other, So Stick Together (This will be shared on our Schoology page later today.)
