Students worked incredibly hard during F.A.S.T. testing. I went over their growth and score individually. I will send home results once we take F.A.S.T Math on Tuesday, May 14th. Your children are ROCKSTARS. I couldn’t ask for a better group of kids.
Next Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (no swimming on Wednesday due to bus schedules) we will be going to Calhoun Pool for Swim week. We will leave school at 10:25 and return by 12:20. We will be having a later lunch so please remember to pack a snack.
- Send your child to school with their swimsuit on. Long hair should be pulled back with a hair tie.
- Pack a change of clothes. Include a Ziploc bag for wet bathing suits, undergarments, socks, brush, etc.
- Send a towel
- Apply sunscreen prior to school
- Students may bring goggles.
- Contact Mrs. Saxon if your child will need a hot lunch that week.
Our class novel is “James and the Giant Peach” by Roald Dahl. Let me know if you would like an alternate assignment for your child!
