All About Ms. Romano

Hello!  My name is Allison Romano. I am a native of Jacksonville and graduated from UNF with a master’s degree in Special Education, K-12. During my 18 years in education, it has been a privilege to teach in multiple schools throughout St. Johns County. I have one son who recently graduated high school and is a freshman in college. I enjoy going to the beach with my family, trivia, and reading.

My goal as a gifted consultative teacher is to support students, parents, and teachers and to ensure their social, emotional, and academic needs are met.

I have the amazing opportunity to work with high school students grades 9-12 at Nease High School along with students in grades K-8, serving Freedom Crossing Academy, Pine Island Academy, Mill Creek Academy, and St. Johns Virtual School (6-8). My goal is to support students, parents, and teachers to ensure gifted students’ social, emotional, and academic needs are met.
