  • Reading and math tests will be going home today. in red folders.  They both require a lot of contain a lot of rigor. These tests will prepare our students for Third Grade. Just so you are aware the scale for Ready Reading and Pearson Math tests are different than a “normal” grading scale. 70 & above=M, 69-40=P, Below 40=I.   Just a reminder to ask your child comprehension questions about the book they’re reading at home as well as reviewing math homework.  We are working very hard in class on being awesome reading detectives and building stamina. With these tests it is super important that your child go back into the passage to find text evidence and follow directions carefully. Thank you for your support!

  • Please go over the Lesson 1 Math Test and our Independent Practice reading test with your child that went home in red folders today.
