Celebrated finishing our class novel “How to eat fried worms” by Thomas Rockwell with eating gummy worms!  We all agree that these taste better than REAL worms.  🙂

October 15:  1st quarter ends

October 18:  Teacher planning Day – No school for students!

October 21:  P.T.A.O meeting – 8:45 am

October 26:  Report Cards issued (via HAC)

October 29:  Parade of Characters, Fall Festival

Reminders:

If you plan to attend the Character Parade, you MUST return the slip from Hunt’s Catch-Up.  The office will be pre-printing nametags and will not accept any walk-up’s.

Pre-order wrist bands for Fall Festival as well.  No walk-up’s will be accepted.

Pumpkins for the pumpkin decorating contest must be foam or plastic.  We will be displaying them in the library this year and want to ensure our books stay safe!
