Our culminating activity for “How to eat fried Worms” by Thomas Rockwell was eating (gummy!) worms! We have quite a few actors in our room! Ha!
A special thank you to Mrs. Chaconas for FRYING the worms to give us a true, crunchy (EW!) experience. The kids LOVED it. 🙂
Table Top Tuesday! Children chose a student in the room and wrote something they noticed about their character on their desk with a dry erase marker. This was an encouraging way to begin our day!
Thank you to Gia’s mom, Mrs. Ashley, for being our Mysery Reader today! We enjoyed comparing the orginal Goldilocks and the 3 Bears to Goldilocks and the 3 Dinosaurs! The children also got a huge kick out of your hysterical story of the REAL owl in your kitchen! 🙂
