\nMy Mission Statement<\/strong>: <\/span>As an instructional literacy coach, it is my mission to act as an active member of the school learning environment by collaborating with and assisting teachers, parents, and students. I believe in child-centered teaching and will readily utilize data to drive the decision making process. I will model best teaching practices and communicate regularly with all stakeholders while maintaining a positive, organized learning environment.<\/span>

Purpose:<\/span><\/p>\n

As an Instructional Literacy Coach, it is my role to serve as an instructional resource and support to the students, staff, and parents of PCE. I will facilitate the implementation of the school’s instructional goals as well as act as the facilitator of MTSS\/RtI (Response to Intervention).<\/span> I will regularly collaborate with teachers and parents to implement high-yield instructional strategies.<\/p>\n
