The goal of the Bridge Program at GRMS is to gradually reintegrate students into the general education setting with minimal support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;color: #333399\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;color: #008080\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono', monospace\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Our social perspectives focus this week will be CHOICES! Students this week will focus on different real life situations where making the correct choice, at times, presents very challenging. Together, we will work through options students have when they find themselves in similar situations.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono', monospace;font-size: 14pt;color: #333399\"><u>Station Rotations<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace\">In Learning Strategies, we have implemented Station Rotations, which the students really seem to enjoy. This small group setting allows students to work with peers and adults to ensure they are getting the support they need. Many students also benefit from a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and counseling services.<\/p><p>The focus of our program is to teach students alternative behaviors to replace challenging ones, with data collected to monitor their progress.
