AVID College Prep






Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) is an elective program that helps students to achieve the necessary requirements and skills to be eligible for university acceptance. AVID’s mission is to close the achievement gap by preparing all students for college readiness and success in a global society. The program has two major components: Tutorials Sessions and AVID Academic Strategies.  A few of the topics covered in the 9th-12th grade AVID College Prep program include:
