Observations Tuesday, April 15, 2014

Research shows that bread takes about 14 days to start molding but our bread only took 5 days to show signs of mold growth. We think it may be because of the where the bread was made, at Publix. They might use different ingredients than brand bread such as Wonder or Natures Own. We were thinking that Publix would be using fresher ingredients and minimal preservatives. So the bread might mold quicker.
