welcome.gifWelcome to the 2017-2018 school year at Mill Creek! I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful group of students to teach this year! This year will be my 15th year as a classroom teacher in St. John’s County, and I feel grateful to work in such a wonderful county and school. We are very fortunate to have Ms. Kristen Cook as the Associate Teacher in our classroom. Ms. Cook comes with a wealth of experience (some of you may remember her as a part of the Mill Creek Library).  I look forward to getting to know all of the students and parents.

I welcome parents as volunteers and visitors in the classroom. If you have not signed in the Keepin track volunteer site, please do so. You won’t be allowed to come to our room during the school year or to eat lunch with your child if you haven’t been cleared as a volunteer/visitor. I would hate to have anyone turned away from taking part in any activities. Below is the site to register to volunteer in any St. John’s County school: https://stjohns.keepntrack.com/apply/

Please feel free to email me at Elizabeth.McNamara@stjohns.k12.fl.us

Students will be required to read 100 minutes a week at home. You may read 20 minutes each day or break it up any way you like. However, I am looking for a weekly sum of 100 minutes. I would like the students to read a book that is on or above his/her level.

I have many sites listed on the site section of my webpage here are some new ones to look at
